Machine Operator


We are in need of a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Isa Town. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and operating machinery to ensure the efficient production of goods. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions are crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machinery to produce goods according to quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects and take corrective action when necessary
- Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any malfunctions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Good understanding of production procedures
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials if required
- High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:
- Experience operating specific types of machinery relevant to our industry (e.g. CNC machines)
- Technical degree or certification in machine operation or related field

As a Machine Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. You must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
