Senior Architect


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Ufa. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements while also adhering to budget and timeline constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, budget, and timeline
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Manage project teams consisting of architects, engineers, and other professionals
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design projects
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership skills

Salary:
Salary for this position starts at 1700$ per month but may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

City:
This position is based in Ufa. Candidates from outside of Ufa must be willing to relocate.

We welcome candidates from all nationalities. Fluency in English is required for this position as English will be the primary language used for communication within the team. However, candidates who do not speak English fluently but have strong qualifications may also be considered.

Experience:
Previous experience in a senior role is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from recent graduates who have a strong portfolio and are eager to learn and grow in their career.

Students:
This position is not suitable for students as it requires previous experience in architectural design projects.
