Handyman for Property Management Company

Our property management company is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Ashdod, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to handle various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. This position does not require English proficiency and accommodation will not be provided. We are looking for a candidate with a biometric passport from Pakistan. The salary for this position is 1600$. As a handyman, you will be responsible for ensuring that all properties under our management are well-maintained and in good working condition. You will also be responsible for responding to any maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC system checks, and landscaping
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests promptly
- Keep accurate records of all work performed
- Inspect properties regularly to identify potential issues or hazards
- Communicate with property managers regarding any necessary repairs or updates
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to company standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Biometric passport from Pakistan
