Administrator for Financial Services Company - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain
As an Administrator for our financial services company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Assist with preparing and organizing documents for meetings and presentations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain electronic and physical records accurately and securely
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Biometric passport is required
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
