Formwork Supervisor
A reputable construction company in Porto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Formwork Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis. As the Formwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of formwork construction on our projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of formworkers on site
- Review plans and blueprints to determine the best approach for formwork construction
- Ensure all safety procedures and regulations are followed at all times
- Monitor progress of work and provide regular updates to project managers
- Train and mentor junior formworkers
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during formwork construction

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Formworker or related role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of formwork systems and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits in Portugal

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
