Carpenter Supervisor

As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and work of a team of carpenters in the construction industry. Your role will involve managing and coordinating various carpentry projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and project plans, as well as supervising the installation, repair, and maintenance of various wooden structures.

As a successful candidate for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience working as a carpenter in the construction industry. You should also have excellent technical knowledge and skills in carpentry techniques, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of a team of carpenters.
- Interpret blueprints and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
- Plan and schedule carpentry projects to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise the installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients or project managers.
- Manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for projects.
- Train new employees on proper carpentry techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a carpenter in the construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in carpentry techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment used in carpentry work.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to construction work.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.

Location: Oslo, Norway
Salary: $1600 per month (without accommodation)
