Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Wiltz. Your main duties will include managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial records. You will also be in charge of creating and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and attract customers.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry. You must also have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. Experience in budgeting and financial management is also required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Train and supervise employees to ensure high-quality customer service
- Create schedules for kitchen and waitstaff based on business needs
- Oversee food preparation to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate financial records and report on sales, profits, and expenses
- Constantly evaluate processes for efficiency and make necessary improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
and professionally
- Knowledge of restaurant industry regulations
- Proficiency in English
- Egyptian nationality is preferred but not required

Salary: $1700/month

Location: Wiltz
