Restaurant Manager
Our restaurant in Wiltz is seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, creating schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)
Salary: $1200 per month
