Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and hotel management to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your duties will include creating sales plans, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to ensure the hotel remains competitive. You will also oversee the sales team's performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in hotel sales or a related field. A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also important for building and maintaining relationships with clients. You should be able to multitask effectively and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
This position is based in Los Angeles but may require occasional travel to attend conferences or meet with clients. The salary for this role is $1700 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Knowledge of market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Preferred:
- Previous experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Familiarity with industry-specific software
