We are a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Los Angeles seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As our Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Your main goal will be to identify potential clients, build strong relationships with them, and negotiate contracts to secure group bookings for our hotel. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and creatively. This role requires a high level of energy and attention to detail, as you will need to stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Previous experience in hotel sales is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to make an impact in a fast-paced environment. Salary for this position starts at $900 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. Visa sponsorship is not provided, so candidates must have their own valid work visa for the USA.
