We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy construction equipment on various job sites. You must have a valid visa sponsorship and be able to work without accommodation. This position is suitable for men with no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and graders
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Transport materials to and from job sites using heavy equipment
- Collaborate with other crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep track of inventory and report any malfunctions or issues with equipment

Requirements:
- Valid visa sponsorship
- Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor environments
