A reputable construction company in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning to execution. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, ideal for Egyptian or Kenyan nationals with English speaking proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines
- Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project needs are met
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects within budget and on schedule
