Driver Supervisor



Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Driver Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department and ensuring that all drivers follow safety regulations and company policies. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of driver responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of drivers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of duties
- Monitor driver performance, conduct evaluations, and provide feedback for improvement
- Train new drivers on company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Plan and coordinate driver schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
- Address any vehicle maintenance or repair issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with all local traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Communicate with clients regarding pick-up and drop-off times to ensure timely delivery of goods or passengers
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of driver logs, vehicle inspections, fuel usage, etc.
- Conduct regular safety meetings with drivers to promote safe driving practices

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Driver Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Valid driving license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an asset)
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures and scheduling is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Salary for this role is 1200$ per month. This position does not require English proficiency. However, fluency in English is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
