Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine in Al-Rayyan

An upscale restaurant in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our Indian cuisine kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong passion for Indian cuisine. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and updating menu items, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining inventory and budget control. You will also work closely with our management team to develop new concepts and improve overall operations. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong knowledge of Indian spices and cooking techniques. This position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ per month with potential for growth within the company. We are looking for an English-speaking candidate preferably from India or with experience in Indian cuisine.
