Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Jerusalem. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and creative culinary professional with a passion for food and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure high quality of dishes and timely delivery to guests
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Create innovative menus that cater to a diverse range of preferences and dietary restrictions
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field preferred
- Proficient in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
