Handyman for Home Maintenance and Repair in Nizwa


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Nizwa. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various home maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that homes are kept in good condition and safe for residents.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing leaks, repairing drywall, painting walls, etc.
- Install new fixtures and appliances, including lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, etc.
- Inspect homes for any damages or safety hazards and make necessary repairs
- Maintain cleanliness of homes by cleaning gutters, pressure washing exteriors, etc.
- Assemble furniture and other items as needed
- Respond promptly to resident requests for repairs
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
- Collaborate with contractors for larger scale projects
- Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and experience in home maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (preferred) or English
- Physically fit to handle manual labor tasks
- Valid visa (sponsorship available)
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nizwa (must be willing to relocate if not already living in Nizwa)
