Sales Manager - Khasab, Oman
We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Khasab, Oman. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, monitoring performance, and providing training and support to ensure maximum productivity. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and is suitable for men from any nationality with or without experience in the field. Part-time options are available. Accommodation is not provided.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in English language (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and staying updated on industry trends
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, cold calls, emails, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and close deals
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations for improvement based on market trends
- Manage a team of sales representatives by setting goals, monitoring performance, providing training and support as needed
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, market trends, client feedback, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, etc. to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals
