Moderator (English Speaking)

We are a growing online community seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Moderator to join our team in Oslo. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our platform, ensuring that it aligns with our community guidelines and standards. This is a remote position, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content and ensure it meets community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate any issues or violations to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and inclusive online community
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely with little supervision
- Previous experience in online moderation is a plus, but not required

Salary: $1700/month
