Waiter/Waitress at Indian Restaurant in Ajman


We are currently hiring experienced and motivated waiters/waitresses for our Indian restaurant in Ajman. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments. This is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on tables regularly
- Handle any issues or complaints from customers with professionalism
- Process payments using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and work station
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have own visa (sponsored visa will not be accepted)
- Must be able to commit to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
