Preservation Architect


We are hiring a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Wiltz. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historical buildings and structures by conducting research, creating plans, and overseeing restoration projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures to determine their architectural significance and potential preservation needs.
- Develop preservation plans that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision for the preservation project.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building during restoration.
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that they align with the preservation plan.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of project expenses, timelines, and any changes made throughout the preservation process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Preservation Architect.
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles and techniques.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations related to historic preservation.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This job is located in Wiltz.

This job is open for Indian nationals who are experienced in historic preservation. English proficiency is not required. This is a full-time role that requires prior experience in the field.
