Sales Manager (English Speaking)

We are a growing company in Al-Khor and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a strong background in sales. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
