Industrial Architect

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing industrial buildings, structures, and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop plans that meet their specifications. Your expertise in construction materials, building codes, and safety regulations will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and safely. You will also collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budget
- Create designs and plans for new industrial buildings or modifications to existing structures
- Select appropriate materials and construction methods for each project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Collaborate with contractors on cost estimates and construction schedules
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Mauren (or preference for location within country)

Note: This position is open to all qualified applicants regardless of nationality. Part-time options may be available depending on workload.
