Junior Industrial Architect


We are hiring a Junior Industrial Architect to join our growing team in Mauren! As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings.
- Prepare design proposals, including sketches and 3D models.
- Develop detailed construction plans using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans.
- Review shop drawings submitted by contractors.
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or site conditions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong interest in industrial architecture preferred.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. This position is open to Indian nationals without the requirement for English proficiency or prior experience.
