Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing firm in Balzers. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, restaurants, and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for their commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with opportunities for career growth within our firm. This is a part-time position that requires candidates to have previous experience in commercial architecture. Accommodation is not provided for this role.
