Job Title: Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Canada. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and create innovative and functional designs that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and budget constraints
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the designs are implemented correctly
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Provide technical guidance to junior architects and other members of the project team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per week. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who require it. As this role involves working on projects for Canadian clients, a biometric passport is required.
