Excavator Operator



As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move earth, rock, and other materials. This is a part-time position based in Karachi, with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an excavator
- Must be able to work part-time hours
- Ability to follow safety protocols and operate equipment in a safe manner
- Good physical condition and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:

- Operate the excavator safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures while operating equipment
- Excavate and move earth, rock, or other materials as directed by supervisor or construction plans
- Load trucks with excavated material for transport or disposal
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with general maintenance and repair of equipment as needed

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience operating an excavator. You should also have good communication skills, basic math skills, and the ability to read construction plans. A valid driver's license is also required.

Working Conditions:

This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme heat or cold. You will also be required to work on uneven terrain, climb ladders, and operate heavy machinery. Physical strength is necessary as the job may involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
