Restaurant Manager
The Albena Resort, located on the beautiful Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maintaining financial performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports on sales and expenses
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and specials
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language proficiency is an asset)
- Proven experience in managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
