Part-time Residential Cleaner

We are a residential cleaning company based in Akron, seeking a part-time residential cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes. Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Change linens and make beds
- Organize and declutter living spaces
- Follow specific instructions from clients on their cleaning preferences
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Report any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and kneeling
- Must have own transportation to travel between client locations
- English speaking proficiency preferred but not required

Salary: Starting at $1400 per month for part-time hours. Opportunity for growth within the company for those who excel in their role.
