Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for international cuisine and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. You will also manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality menus featuring international cuisine
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train, supervise, and schedule kitchen staff
- Maintain kitchen sanitation standards as per local health codes
- Create new recipes and dishes while adhering to dietary restrictions or special requests
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan events or special menus
- Manage budgeting and cost control for the kitchen department

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in an international cuisine setting
- Proven track record of menu development, food cost control, and team management
- Strong understanding of various cooking methods and techniques from different cultures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
