Job Title: Head Chef - International Cuisine (Riyadh)



As the Head Chef of our internationally renowned restaurant in Riyadh, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality dining experience for our diverse clientele. You will lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to prepare and present dishes from a variety of international cuisines, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards for taste, presentation, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus that reflect current food trends and cater to the preferences of our diverse customer base
- Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of all dishes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times to meet health and safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve our menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus and managing successful kitchen operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain high morale during busy periods
- In-depth knowledge of international cuisine with proficiency in cooking techniques from various cultures
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
