Preservation Architect for Historic Buildings (Mauren, Liechtenstein)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Mauren, Liechtenstein. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings in the city, ensuring they maintain their original architectural style and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historic buildings to understand their original design and construction
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for the restoration of historic buildings
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives for the preservation project
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure the preservation work is completed according to plan and within budget
- Monitor preservation work progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of completed projects to ensure they meet preservation standards
- Stay updated on current preservation techniques and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect, preferably working with historic buildings
- Extensive knowledge of historic preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with government agencies for obtaining necessary permits and approvals
