CNC Operator (Osijek, Croatia)



Our manufacturing company in Osijek is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal parts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC machines according to production specifications
- Set up and load materials onto the machine for processing
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Keep detailed records of production data and maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
