IT Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your role will involve developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all aspects of the company's information technology systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure the security of all data and information systems by implementing appropriate security measures.
- Oversee system upgrades, installations, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments to recommend improvements or upgrades where necessary.
- Manage a team of IT professionals to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to IT infrastructure and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networks, security protocols, and data management principles.
- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
