Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food industry, a strong understanding of Indian cuisine, and excellent management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, operations, and financial performance
- Ensure high quality food and service standards are consistently met
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the chef to create new dishes or update menu items
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving financial targets
- Biometric passport required for visa processing

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
