Preservation Architect
Location: Shan, India


We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting research on the history of the structure, creating preservation plans, overseeing construction and renovation projects, and ensuring that all work is done in accordance with conservation standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the history of the building or structure
- Create detailed preservation plans that take into account the historical significance and condition of the structure
- Oversee construction and renovation projects to ensure that all work is done in accordance with conservation standards
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and historians to develop preservation strategies
- Make recommendations for repairs or alterations based on your research and knowledge of preservation techniques
- Monitor and document any changes or damages to the structure over time
- Maintain accurate records of all work done on the structure
- Stay up-to-date with current preservation trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation techniques and standards
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to historic preservation
- Strong research skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other professionals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Visa & Ticket:
A free visa will be provided by our company. A round-trip ticket to and from Shan, India will also be provided.
