Radio Technician



We are searching for a skilled Radio Technician to join our dynamic team in Bayan. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance checks, and ensuring that all radio systems are functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment such as transmitters, receivers, antennas, and control consoles
- Troubleshoot technical issues with radio systems and recommend solutions
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex installations or repairs
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in the radio field
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment and their functions
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Physically fit with the ability to climb ladders or work at heights when necessary
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings or weekends if needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant certification from a technical school or vocational institution
- Experience working with Motorola or Harris radios
- Familiarity with FCC regulations
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

Salary: $1600 per month
