Merchandiser - Doha, Qatar (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are a leading retail company seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in an attractive and appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for purchasing products
- Train sales staff on product knowledge and assist in resolving any customer queries or complaints
- Prepare sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience in creating visually appealing product displays
- Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences in Qatar is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month, along with visa sponsorship for non-Qatari candidates.
