Land Surveyor

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Wiltz. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and providing accurate measurements for construction projects. The ideal candidate should have previous surveying experience, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to operate surveying equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries using various surveying techniques and equipment
- Prepare detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Provide accurate measurements for construction projects
- Review existing land records and documents to verify property lines
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and within specified timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with mapping software such as AutoCAD or GIS
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
