A private residence in Izhevsk, Russia is seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to maintain and beautify their gardens and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate should have a passion for gardening, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing garden layouts
- Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants
- Maintaining lawns and outdoor spaces
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Ensuring proper care of garden tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Communicating with the homeowner to understand their preferences and needs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment
- Ability to identify plant diseases and pests
- Excellent time management skills
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in English or Russian (preferably both)

Salary:
1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
