We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Welder, you will use specialized equipment to weld and assemble metal components, following blueprints and specifications. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all welded parts meet quality standards and project requirements. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$. We also provide accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate welding methods and materials
- Operate welding tools to join metal parts according to specifications
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with welding equipment as needed
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Proficiency in using various welding techniques (e.g. MIG, TIG)
- Experience with reading blueprints and interpreting project specifications
- Ability to operate welding tools such as grinders, torches, and plasma cutters
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
