Personal Trainer



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Remish. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of all fitness levels. This position is open to Indians with a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals, limitations, and medical history
- Design individualized workout plans based on client's goals, preferences, and abilities
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, hydration, and rest for optimal results
- Maintain clean and safe training areas at all times
- Stay current with fitness trends and research to provide cutting-edge training techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant certification in fitness/nutrition field
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to create personalized workout plans for clients of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds
- Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to helping others reach their full potential
- Must be physically fit with the ability to demonstrate exercises effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed
