Junior Barista

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Junior Barista to join our team in Balzers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking for their first job or has limited experience in the industry. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve various coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Maintain a neat and clean work area, including brewing equipment and supplies
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate record-keeping
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds as needed

This is a part-time position with potential for growth within the company. No prior experience is required, but candidates with previous barista or customer service experience are preferred.
