We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to join our growing team in Vianden, Luxembourg. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's technology infrastructure and ensuring that our systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, networking, and telecommunication systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and make recommendations for changes
- Ensure all technology equipment is up-to-date and in working order
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions as needed
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Experience with network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month.
