Barista for Coffee Shop in Los Angeles (Visa Sponsorship Available)



A bustling coffee shop in the heart of Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing coffee beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

We are seeking an individual with prior experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a coffee shop or café setting. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a passion for creating high-quality coffee drinks. English speaking skills are preferred but not required.

Your responsibilities as our Barista will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing and serving various types of coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and handling any inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop at all times
- Restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Collaborating with other team members to create new beverage offerings or specials
