Office Assistant
Our company is seeking a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Acre. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, suitable for Indians and English-speaking individuals without prior experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Prepare and maintain office documents, reports, and records
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
