Office Assistant (English Speaking) - Acre, Canada
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Acre, Canada looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an English speaking office, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who possess strong communication skills in English. This full-time position requires no previous experience and does not offer accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa to work in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
