As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting with their requests and inquiries. This will include making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby area and ensuring that all guest areas are clean and well-stocked.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.

This is an entry-level position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We are also offering accommodation for our employees if needed. This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- Maintain the appearance of the lobby area
- Ensure that all guest areas are clean and well-stocked
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Other duties as assigned
