Concierge Specialist



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Specialist to join our team in Braga. As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our guests, ensuring their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Offer personalized services such as booking reservations or arranging special requests
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Portuguese (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within our company. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
