Online Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Oslo. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through online channels such as emails, chat, and social media. You will also be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients and identifying their needs to provide appropriate solutions. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through online channels including emails, chat, and social media
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with online communication tools such as emails, chat, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent English language skills are required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time in Oslo
