Online Consultant



We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Online Consultant to join our team in Oslo. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns
- Offer product recommendations and solutions to meet client needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on product usage
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
